Filling a Huge Need

This is a sponsored post. The opinions expressed are 100% my own.
No, ka3ka, a service of Weblabcenter, Inc., does not supply tiny people to do your bidding (although, that would be pretty awesome!). What the company does do is fill a need that has existed for a very long time. The need is for people to perform small tasks for which you don’t need to hire an employee, or even bring on temporary help or a virtual assistant. When you need a little project or task done, and adding someone to the payroll, even temporarily, is overkill, ka3ka has the answer.

How it works
Let’s say you have a “micro-job” to be completed, such as promoting your latest posts on Digg or Stumbleupon. This is a task that will take very little time, but it’s one more thing on your already brimming plate, and you want someone else to do it. Once you’ve signed up on ka3ka as an Employer, you will simply create a ‘Campaign’ through which you’ll post your micro-job on the ka3ka website, along with what you’re willing to pay, $0.20 for example, and registered workers will have the opportunity to take on your task and earn what you’ve designated as the rate for the job.

Worried about the quality of the work you’ll get? First, in many cases, a micro-job is either done or not done, so quality isn’t really the issue. But either way, you only pay for a completed task once it has been done to your satisfaction. You can review your campaigns at any time, and as tasks are completed by workers, you can rate the task as ‘Satisfied’ when tasks are completed properly. At this point, your pre-funded account is debited, and the worker is paid. Of course if a task is not satisfactorily completed, you indicate that, and you are not charged. Don’t go trying to get work for free this way though. Workers can dispute an incorrectly rated task, and you don’t want to get banned – or cheat anyone out of their micro-payment!
